Methodology
How these figures are built.
Rates are Housing Ombudsman maladministration and severe-maladministration findings per 10,000 social homes over a rolling 24-month window, denominated across the full canonical register so providers with no findings dilute the rate. Sector-aggregate only; parse-error records are excluded and no landlord is named.
