Frees your performance team for higher-value work
Your performance team already knows your own numbers. ScoreView assembles the cross-corpus picture they would otherwise rebuild by hand: synthesis ready at first load, repeatable saved views, and board-ready export. The aim is to take the replication burden off the team and free them for the higher-value analysis and judgement, not to remove the moment where they see and weigh the numbers themselves.
More than tenant-satisfaction reporting
Beyond TSM reporting, ScoreView adds the layer a tenant-satisfaction benchmarking service does not: cross-corpus synthesis across Housing Ombudsman determinations, RSH regulatory judgements and financial signals, early-warning framing, and AI relevance call-outs that lead with the implication. It complements your existing TSM provider rather than replicating it, and the value lives in the cross-corpus trend and pattern view your organisation does not already hold about itself.

Procurement and legal

- Direct purchase via credit or debit card (Stripe) is the default route for Standard and Professional. Purchase orders and invoiced billing are available on request for annual plans.
